China Guardian will implement a preferential commission plan. The details are as follows:

1. If the full payment for the Lot is made within 15 days (the 15th day included) after the auction, the buyer can receive a commission discount - 1.5% of Hammer Price. The Buyer shall pay the Company a commission in the amount equal to 13.5% of Hammer Price and Expenses.

2. If the full payment for the Lot is made between the 16th and the 30th day (the 30th day included) after the auction, the buyer can receive a commission discount - 1% of Hammer Price. The Buyer shall pay the Company a commission in the amount equal to 14% of Hammer Price and Expenses.

3. If the full payment for the Lot is made 30 days after the auction or later, the buyer will receive no commission discount and the commission will be 15% of Hammer Price and Expenses.

4. The case of paying the Purchase Price with Proceeds of Sale of another Lot is not compatible with this plan.

5. All payments shall be made before the Buyer collects the Lot.
